I think that the toughest thing is deciding whether to pretend that everything is okay or to let people know how you really feel.

The other morning I went to weigh myself, like every other morning.

In my pyjama’s, the scales read: 54.3kg (3.3kg more than usual)

I stripped off everything and stood on them again: 54.2kg

Turns out my scales have been wrong this whole time and I’ve got an even further 3.3kgs to lose.

I’ve never cried so much, I feel as though I’ve lost hope because I’ll never be able to reach 49kgs.

Always remember, you can’t cheat your body. It knows everything you do (and don’t do).
